Quality is built around controlled metal origin, low oxygen, clean preparation of semi-finished products, lot traceability and documented supply quality.
OF / OFE grades
Oxygen-free (OF) and oxygen-free electronic (OFE) classes for different markets, against agreed specifications.
Recognised standards
Supply to ASTM C10200 / C10100 or equivalent standards where fixed in the specification and confirmed by certificates of analysis.
Lot traceability
Every batch carries a Certificate of Analysis and lot-level traceability from cathode through to finished coil.

Copper rod Control of oxygen, conductivity, chemistry, surface, geometry and packaging.
Clean Transfer Transfer to the clean site in controlled packaging with traceability preserved.
ED / bonding feed Washing, drying and wire / nugget preparation; no oils or uncontrolled contact with foreign materials.
Documentation CoA per batch, lot traceability, quality control points and non-conformance protocols.
